Detroit based duo, Dan Tillery & Dave G, share an affinity for spreading positivity that makes their music as inviting as their presence. The new album "Dreamers and Drifters" catalogs their fondness for classic records while incorporating the sonically riveting beats that hallmark contemporary music. By meshing Motown, reggae and hip hop with pop sensibilities, "Dreamers And Drifters" offers an instant sense of gratification coupled with a depth that will seduce the listener into multiple replays. Above all else, the album is incredibly fun. It's akin to being personal guests at the best party one's never attended. Dan met Dave back to back in a local guitar shop while fiddling with acoustic guitars. That chance encounter turned into a friendship and musical endeavor that is arguably serendipitous. Their seemingly disparate appearances, and musical influences were mended by one another's appreciation for the others talent, sense of humor, personality and readiness to spread love. Dan and Dave's tenacity for enjoying every moment is just as contagious as it is enjoyable to be around.
